At Novanta89, every order is more than a package — it’s a piece of our story, crafted slowly and with purpose. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping, ensuring your garments travel from Spain to your doorstep with the same elegance in which they were conceived.
⏳ Seasonal Rhythm
As we open the doors to our Autumn–Winter Collection, we invite you to embrace the rhythm of true luxury. During the first weeks of the season, demand and artisanal preparation may create slight delays. Each piece is carefully finished, touched by hand, and treated as unique — never rushed, always intentional.
Like melted chocolate flowing over fabric, our process takes time to achieve perfection.

Spain: 5–10 business days
Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
Asia & USA: 7–12 business days

📦 Packaging & Dispatch
Each garment is prepared within 5 business days, perfumed, and wrapped with the care of our maison before leaving our atelier. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Shipping & Claims
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable regulations):
Order marked as delivered
If an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but the customer reports not having received it, Novanta will verify the information.
If the carrier confirms delivery, the customer must contact the shipping company directly and provide us with proof of the claim. Once received, Novanta will expedite a solution where applicable.
Items received Incorrect
If a garment arrives damaged, defective, unstitched, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos or videos. After this period, claims for visible damage will not be accepted.
Use and care of garments
Garments must be checked upon receipt. Damage resulting from use, natural wear and tear, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Claim time limits
Claims related to non-receipt must be reported within 7 calendar days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Good faith
Novanta will always act in good faith and in compliance with applicable regulations. Customer cooperation and adherence to the stated deadlines are required.
